Summary
We are looking for Estate Surveyor & Valuer to join our Port Harcourt Team in Rivers State
ResponsibilitiesConduct property inspections, valuations, and feasibility studies.
Handle property sales, leasing, acquisitions, and management.
Provide expert advisory services on real estate investment and market trends.
Liaise with clients, property owners, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
RequirementsHND / B.Sc. in Estate Management or related field and membership of NIESV
Minimum of relevant 5 years post-NYSC experience in property valuation
Sound knowledge of property laws, market dynamics, and investment analysis.
Strong negotiation.
BenefitsSalary: N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
