About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Team Lead to drive our sales performance in Abuja. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring our team of marketers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team performance.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to close deals.
Conduct regular training sessions for marketers on sales techniques and market trends.
Monitor team progress against targets and provide feedback.
Collaborate with management to set achievable sales goals.
RequirementsMinimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve targets.
In-depth knowledge of the Abuja real estate market.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Compensation:
Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
RemunerationBasic Salary: 250,000 Naira per month.
Attractive commission structure based on team performance.
