 Job Title: Field Business Developer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential customers within assigned locations. Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers. Conduct field visits, market activations, and sales campaigns. Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities. Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers. Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of customer concerns.

Minimum of , OND qualification in any discipline. Previous sales or marketing experience is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Must be willing to work extensively in the field. Good knowledge of the assigned location and surrounding areas.

Competitive monthly salary of ₦100,000. Monthly performance bonus of up to ₦200,000. Daily transportation allowance of ₦2,000. Career growth and development opportunities.
