The Field Growth Officer (FGO) is a field-based commercial role responsible for supporting deployed POS terminals, improving merchant retention, ensuring optimal terminal performance, and driving merchant and POS network growth across an assigned territory. The role combines hands-on merchant support,performance monitoring, new merchant acquisition, and reactivation of dormant terminals. This is a high-upside opportunity. High-performing FGOs who consistently drive transactions, reactivate terminals, and onboard quality merchants can earn up to N300,000 in total monthly earnings.

Provide timely field and remote support to assigned merchants. Serve as the first point of contact for merchants within the assigned territory. Proactively engage merchants to reduce churn and improve terminal utilisation. Educate merchants on best practices to increase transaction volumes.

Monitor assigned terminals using the Company’s transaction and terminal dashboards. Track transaction volumes, uptime, and inactivity trends. Identify underperforming or dormant terminals and take corrective action.

Conduct routine field visits to merchant locations. Submit required activity, support, and performance reports. Escalate unresolved issues within defined timelines

Source, onboard, and activate new merchants and POS agents. Conduct required KYC, documentation, and activation processes. Support terminal deployment and go-live activities.

Participate in weekly team meetings and required training sessions. Complete required product and learning programmes Share field insights and best practices with the broader team.

Performance will be assessed against assigned KPIs, including:

Increased transaction volume across assigned terminals Reduced merchant churn within the assigned territory Faster resolution of merchant issues Consistent new merchant and agent acquisition Improved terminal activity and uptime Successful reactivation of dormant terminals Consistent and measurable field activity Timely and accurate reporting Detailed KPI targets for each territory will be communicated and reviewed by Management from time to time based on business requirements.

Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 0-1 year experience.

Compensation & Earning Potential Total monthly earning potential: up to N300,000.

Earnings are made up of a solid fixed package plus uncapped performance commissions andfees(subjectonly to the overall monthly ceiling of N300,000):

Fixed Monthly Package: N85,000 • Fixed Service Fee: NN50,000 • Transportation Allowance: N30,000 (fixed) • Airtime Allowance: N5,000 Guaranteed fixed monthly take-home: N85,000 Performance-Based Earnings (path to N300,000) In addition to the fixed N85,000, FGOs earn commissions and performance fees on the back of real commercial results. These include: Transaction Commissions – paid on every qualifying transaction processed on assigned terminals
