 Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Locations: Sagamu, Abeokuta - Ogun; Ibadan - Oyo;  Ilorin - Kwara Key Responsibilities (First 3 Months)

Build and manage a high-performing field sales team organised by market clusters. Conduct in-depth market research to understand pricing trends, product preferences, customer behaviour, and competitor activities within assigned locations. Drive the onboarding and engagement of small to micro healthcare retailers. Lead the sales and distribution of the company’s aggregated product portfolio. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals. Monitor team performance and provide regular market intelligence and sales reports.

Proven experience in sales management, field sales, or business development. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related sectors is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

N250,000 - N350,000 per month. Application Closing Date
