We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Field Technical Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure and maintain fleet management/tracking devices.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Support the implementation and maintenance of speed control devices.
Attend to customer technical enquiries, complaints and escalations.
Provide technical guidance to customers and field teams.
Conduct customer training and product demonstrations.
Carry out quality checks and inspections on installations.
Work closely with Service Delivery, IT, Procurement, Accounts and other teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Stay updated on developments in fleet management technology, telematics and related solutions.
Job Requirement
HND / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
Relevant experience in technical support, fleet management, logistics, automotive technology, telematics or a related field.
Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems, telematics or fleet management solutions is an added advantage.
Experience with installation, configuration and maintenance of technical equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Ability to work in the field and travel to client locations when required.
