Pioneers Reproductive Health and Youth Association (PREHYA) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria in 2007. PREHYA is committed to improving the well-being and socio-economic development of youth, women, children and vulnerable families through integrated, community-based service delivery and sustainable development interventions.  Job Title: Finance Officer – PREHYA

Location: Katsina

Job type: Full-time (Onsite) Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records for the project. Process payments and maintain supporting documentation. Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets. Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with donor and organizational financial procedures. Support budget development and forecasting. Maintain asset and inventory records. Prepare documentation for audits and donor reviews. Support financial capacity strengthening of project staff.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, ANAN) is an advantage. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in NGO finance management. Experience managing donor-funded grants. Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.
