Job Title: Assistant / Fire Truck Operator

Description
Responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of fire safety procedures, conduct routine fire safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with fire drills, emergency evacuation procedures, inspect fire extinguishers, fire alarms, emergency exits, fire doors, and other fire protection equipment. Maintain accurate safety records, report incidents and hazards, support risk assessments, and promote fire safety awareness among employees and visitors.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with fire safety inspections of buildings, equipment, exits, fire doors, and emergency routes.
Check that fire extinguishers, fire alarms, fire hydrants, hose reels, and other fire protection equipment are accessible and in good condition.
Help identify and report fire hazards, such as blocked exits, faulty electrical equipment, combustible materials, or unsafe storage.
Assist with fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises.
Report fire incidents, hazards, damaged equipment, and safety violations to the Fire Safety Officer or supervisor.

RequirementsCertified in basic firefighting and first aid
Practical knowledge of gantry truck earthing procedure
Physical agility
Team player with ability to follow strict safety rules.
