Job Title: Fresh Juice and Smoothie Specialist
Location: Festac Town, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Perform all assigned smoothie preparation and service duties diligently and professionally.
Follow all approved recipes, SOPs, food safety requirements, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
Maintain consistency in the taste, quality, quantity, portion size, and presentation of all smoothie products.
Meet assigned production and sales targets as communicated by Management.
Maintain proper control and responsible use of ingredients, packaging materials, and Company resources.
Minimize wastage, spoilage, overproduction, and unnecessary consumption of ingredients.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, organized, and safe workstation throughout the working period.
Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly operated, cleaned, and maintained.
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers.
Report customer complaints, equipment faults, stock shortages, wastage, safety concerns, and other operational issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records relating to production, wastage, stock usage, and sales where applicable.
Work cooperatively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments.
Comply with all Company policies, rules, regulations, disciplinary procedures, and health and safety requirements.
Maintain professional conduct and protect the Company's property, information, products, and reputation.
Perform any other reasonable duties that may be assigned by Management in line with the employee's role and operational requirements.
SalaryN70,000 N100,000 monthly.
