We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-oriented General Manager to lead our operations and drive business growth.

Provide overall leadership and direction for the company’s operations. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives. Oversee sales, distribution, production, finance, and administrative functions. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and motivate management and staff teams. Monitor business performance and prepare reports for executive decision-making. Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or related qualification) will be an added advantage. Must have a minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry as a Plant Manager , General Manager  Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills. Proven track record of driving growth and improving operational performance. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong financial and analytical capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. Candidate must be avaliabe to resume immediately .
