Job Title: Group Business Support Officer (GBSO)
Location: Makurdi, Benue
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customer enquiries, complaints, requests, and general customer needs.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain good communication with customers and relevant operational teams.
Support daily business operations activities.
Basic Requirements
OND, HND, B.Sc. or equivalent qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, organised, and proactive.
Basic computer and digital skills.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
General Requirements:Permanent voter's card (PVC)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional conduct
Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
Good computer and digital literacy.
Commitment, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
Renumeration
Competitive and commensurate with experience.
