Job Description
We are seeking an experienced head of customer service to lead and transform its customer service operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement customer service strategies
Lead and mentor a high-performing customer service team
Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence
Manage escalated customer issues and improve service processes
Monitor customer service KPIs and performance
Decision-making and stakeholder management.
Process improvement and quality assurance.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Proven experience leading customer service teams
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM systems and customer experience management
Proximity to location (Utako/Lekki) is key.
RemunerationN180,000 monthly.
