What you will do
Lead and manage the client care team to deliver exceptional service
Build strong, long-term relationships and turn enquiries into loyal clients Ensure correct communication and brand standards across all touchpoints
Convert enquiries into sales and drive business growth
Monitor satisfaction, drive retention and grow referrals
What we are looking for
5+ years in client experience, customer service or a similar senior role
Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
A passion for client satisfaction and team excellence.
