Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team and oversee the development and delivery of effective engineering solutions across Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage engineering strategies for projects.
Lead and coordinate internal and external engineering teams.
Develop and maintain project Master Design Registers.
Manage engineering deliverables, manhours and design schedules.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities.
Support procurement through timely engineering deliverables.
Provide engineering solutions for critical project activities.
Lead value engineering initiatives and cost optimization.
Manage Client engineering stakeholders.
Develop engineering plans and team training needs.
Conduct site visits for data collection and project feedback.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering; Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.
COREN Registration is mandatory.
Minimum 15 years' engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory/management role.
Strong hands-on engineering design experience.
Proficiency in relevant engineering design tools and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, supervisory and technical skills.
Project Management certification is an advantage.
Oil & Gas engineering experience is an advantage.
Strong emotional intelligence and people-development skills.
