Position Overview


Are you adept at crafting visions, formulating strategies, and excelling in complex implementation? As the Product Head at Sabi, you'll spearhead the entire product function—shaping and implementing the company's product strategy across all platforms and solutions. Your role involves translating organizational objectives into scalable product initiatives, cultivating and guiding a high-performing team, and championing user-centric innovation. This leadership position combines business acumen with in-depth product thinking to catalyze growth and deliver global impact.


Key Responsibilities


Formulate and execute the company-wide product strategy in alignment with business growth objectives
Manage the complete product portfolio—encompassing traceability, finance, marketplace, and infrastructure tools
Guide and mentor the Product team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence
Synergize with Engineering, Commercial, and Design leads to deliver top-tier digital experiences
Develop and scale product processes, governance frameworks, and performance metrics
Liaise with executive stakeholders to harmonize product roadmaps with strategic priorities
Anticipate market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape product vision
Take ownership of outcomes—ensuring timely, on-spec product delivery with measurable impact


Qualifications



Specialized Skills and Qualifications





Minimum 10 years of product leadership experience in high-growth B2B or tech environments
Demonstrated success in platform development and team scaling across geographical regions
Proven track record in leading product strategy and translating it into impactful execution
Superior cross-functional collaboration skills, including partnerships with engineering, design, and commercial teams
Comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management, metrics, and agile methodologies
Experience operating in emerging markets or intricate supply chain ecosystems is advantageous
Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
