Head of Product - Digital Financial Services

What Your Journey With Us Looks Like

You'll join an environment where ego takes a backseat to impact. Your days will be spent collaborating with brilliant minds across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Commercial teams. Together, you'll craft strategies that balance business objectives with genuine customer needs.
When you bring your 5+ years of product management experience and 2+ years of team leadership to M-KOPA, you'll find yourself empowered to make meaningful decisions. You'll have the autonomy to develop product visions that are backed by data and driven by a deep understanding of our users' realities.
As you guide multiple product managers, you'll help them grow while ensuring our products evolve throughout their lifecycle. Your analytical skills will shine as you conduct complex data analysis that informs strategic direction. And your collaborative approach will strengthen teams working across multiple countries.

The Difference You'll Make

Picture yourself visiting customers in rural Kenya, witnessing firsthand how your product decisions create economic opportunity. Imagine celebrating with your team in Lagos as a new feature dramatically improves customer retention. Envision the satisfaction of knowing that the savings product you helped develop is funding education for thousands of children.
At M-KOPA, success isn't measured solely by metrics on a dashboard—though those matter too. It's measured by transformed lives and communities empowered through greater financial access.
