The Opportunity

As Head of Sales, you will own the commercial growth of ICE. This is a high-ownership, founder-adjacent role for someone who understands how regulated UK financial services businesses buy technology and can have credible conversations withMLROs, Heads of Compliance, COOs and CEOs. You will not be handed an established sales playbook. You will build it. From identifying target accounts and generating opportunities to running consultative demos, negotiating contracts and closing deals, you will own the full sales cycle and help shape ICE's sales strategy, positioning and pricing as we scale.

What You'll Do

Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting through to signed contract. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline across UK payment and e-money institutions. Develop target account lists segmented by licence type, company size and compliance maturity. Lead consultative product demonstrations focused on the prospect's regulatory and operational challenges. Position ICE against generalist GRC and compliance platforms by communicating its FCA-specific value. Develop relationships with senior decision-makers including MLROs, Heads of Compliance, COOs and CEOs. Build referral and channel relationships with compliance consultants, fractional MLROs, law firms, industry bodies and other relevant partners. Represent ICE at relevant industry events and payments/e-money forums. Gather market intelligence and feed customer insights, objections and competitor activity back into product and pricing decisions. Help develop the sales narrative, objection-handling framework and repeatable sales process. Build out the sales team as the business grows.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you'll be expected to establish aqualified, licence-type-segmented pipelineand create a repeatable sales process that can scale.
