Job Summary
Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client, a reputable hotel in Sangotedo, Lagos, for an experienced, competent, and results-driven professional to fill the following position.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Overseeing the hotel's daily operations and ensuring smooth departmental coordination.
Supervising, motivating, and managing staff to achieve excellent service delivery.
Ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, hospitality, and customer relations.
Monitoring revenue, expenditure, budgeting, and overall hotel profitability.
Managing room occupancy, reservations, and front office operations.
Ensuring proper inventory control, purchasing procedures, and cost management.
Implementing hotel policies, operational procedures, and disciplinary standards.
Monitoring housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other hotel departments.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
RequirementsApplicants must:Have substantial experience in hotel management, preferably in a managerial position.
Be between 45 and 50 years of age.
Possess strong leadership, administrative, and organisational skills.
Have sound knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and cost control.
Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Be honest, disciplined, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
Be committed to maintaining high operational standards and achieving business targets.
Reside within or close to Sangotedo, Ajah, Ibeju-Lekki, Lekki, or nearby areas, or be willing to relocate to the location.
RemunerationSalary: N250,000 / Monthly.
Accommodation: Provided
Meals: Provided.
