Job Summary
Catilas Resources Limited, on behalf of our client, a leading commercial bank in Nigeria, are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support HR operations, employee engagement, HR reporting, and day-to-day people-related activities while gaining exposure to HR advisory and business partnering.
RequirementsHND or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline with a minimum of Lower Credit/Second Class Lower.
0–2 years' experience in HR, HR Administration, or a related role.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
NYSC completion/exemption certificate, compulsory
Age limit is 29 years or below.
RemunerationSalary: 200,000 naira monthly
Other Benefits: HMO, 13th Month and Leave allowance
