Role Summary
We are seeking a commercially minded and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with leadership and drive people strategies that support organisational growth and performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders across workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, talent management, performance, employee engagement, culture, and people analytics.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
Provide strategic HR advice on workforce and organisational decisions.
Lead workforce planning, organisational design and talent initiatives.
Strengthen performance management and employee development.
Drive employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.
Develop HR metrics, dashboards and people insights to support decision-making.
Support succession planning, leadership development and organisational growth.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or a related field.
3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HRBP, HR Generalist, People & Culture or strategic HR role.
Professional certification such as CIPM or SHRM is an advantage.
Experience partnering with managers/business leaders on people-related decisions.
Strong knowledge of performance management, talent management, workforce planning and employee engagement.
Good understanding of Nigerian employment practices and HR legislation.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS/people analytics experience is an advantage.
