Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HRBP to manage HR operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring effective workforce management, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance with company and client requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage HR operations and employee relations for assigned client accounts.
Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and employee exits.
Monitor employee performance, attendance, and general workforce activities.
Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and labour regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.
Support workforce planning and manpower requirements for client accounts.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely staffing of vacancies.
Conduct regular client and employee engagement meetings.
RequirementsB.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, preferably within an outsourcing or consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
SalaryN300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
