Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to support recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, documentation, and the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and other personnel documentation.
Support employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally.
Implement and monitor HR policies, company regulations, and employee procedures.
Prepare HR reports and support management with workforce and administrative activities.
RequirementsB.Sc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR role.
Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR management tools/systems.
