About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can balance operational efficiency with employee engagement, and ensures our people practices align with organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead recruitment, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
Oversee performance management and employee relations.
Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Provide strategic HR advice to senior management.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
4-5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in HR strategy, leadership, and organizational development.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
