Aside from travel management, BVT is an expert in travel documentation for immigration, education, medical tourism, personal tourism, and luxury tourism. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Human Resources Officer / HR Business Partner

Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end  recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening. interviews, and onboarding. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally and confidentially. Coordinate performance management, employee appraisals, and confirmation processes. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support payroll administration, employee benefits, and welfare initiatives. Identify training and development needs and support employee growth. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR best practices. Support employee engagement, retention, and organisational culture initiatives. Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management on workforce-related matters. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is required. Additional relevant HR certifications or professional qualifications will be an advantage. Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
