We are seeking a motivated HR Officer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team.
This role is perfect for an ambitious professional eager to grow in Human Resources while supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Support payroll and benefits administration
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Provide day-to-day HR support to staff and management
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years’ HR experience in a structured organization
Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software tools.
