We are seeking a proactive, technically skilled, and digitally savvy ICT Officer to join our team in Abuja.

Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support to staff and resolve day-to-day ICT-related issues. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, printers, and other office equipment. Manage and maintain the company’s computer systems, network, and internet connectivity. Manage company email accounts, digital platforms, and user access. Maintain proper backups and ensure the security of company data. Keep an updated inventory of ICT equipment and company devices. Provide technical support for online meetings, presentations, and digital operations. Assist in implementing cybersecurity and data protection practices. Support the company’s digital marketing activities and online presence. Assist in creating, monitoring, and managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram). Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports on leads, reach, engagement, and conversions. Assist in troubleshooting digital platforms, advertising accounts, and related technical issues. Recommend technology and digital solutions that can improve business operations and marketing performance.

Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital productivity tools. Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Ability to set up, run, monitor, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Basic knowledge of digital advertising, audience targeting, campaign objectives, and performance tracking. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Previous experience in an ICT or digital support role is an added advantage. Real estate industry experience is an added advantage.
