Job Description
An Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Officer manages, maintains, and supports an organization's computer systems, hardware, networks, and data security to ensure smooth daily operations.
They troubleshoot technical issues, assist staff, and keep technology up to date.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support: Help staff fix hardware, software, and network problems.
System Maintenance: Set up, monitor, and update computers, servers, printers, and software.
Network Administration: Manage local area networks (LAN), internet access, Wi-Fi, and user accounts.
Data Security: Install antivirus tools, protect files, and run routine system backups.
Vendor & Asset Management: Track IT equipment inventory and work with outside tech suppliers.
Staff Training: Teach employees how to use new software or hardware safely.
SalaryN200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
