Provide first-level technical support to staff on hardware, software, internet, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, scanners, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other IT equipment. Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, internet connectivity, and communication systems. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose faults, and implement solutions promptly. Ensure data security, backup, and recovery procedures are properly maintained. Manage user accounts, passwords, access rights, and email configurations. Support the deployment and maintenance of security software, antivirus, and firewalls. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, repairs, and system updates. Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for repairs, installations, and technical support where necessary. Assist in implementing new IT systems, applications, and upgrades. Monitor CCTV systems and ensure surveillance equipment functions effectively. Provide IT support during meetings, presentations, and company events when required. Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity standards. Train staff on basic IT usage, cybersecurity awareness, and system applications. Prepare periodic IT reports and escalate major technical issues to management.
