Responsibilities
Revenue Audit: Check daily room sales, food and drink bills, and extra fees to make sure every Nairais collected and recorded.
Fraud Detection: Look for missing cash, fake refunds, or unauthorized discounts.
Inventory Control: Count food, drinks, and room supplies to stop theft or waste.
Compliance Checks: Ensure staff follow local laws, tax rules, and safety standards.
Process Review: Test front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping steps to find weak spots.
