Florricks Supermarket is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee the efficient management of inventoryacross multiple outlets This position is responsible for planning, organising, and controlling inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimising excess andexpiration.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels across multiple outlets. Collaborate with suppliers to source goods and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Manage the receiving, handling and storage of products and supplies Data entry of purchase invoice Stock audit and adjustments. Monitor and adjust inventory parameters, such as reorder points and safety stock, to balance supply and demand effectively. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses due to theft, damage, or obsolescence. Negotiate favourable terms and agreements with suppliers to enhance inventory management. Work closely with outlet staffand other relevant departments to forecast demand accurately. Utilize demand forecasting tools and historical data to plan inventory levels effectively. Generate regular reports on inventory levels, turnover, and stock accuracy. Provide management with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to inventory management. Implement safety measures to safeguard the inventory and warehouse facilities.

B.Sc / HND in any field 1-2 years experience in similar role Computer savvy and proficient with MS office suiite Must be resident in Ibadan.

Ability to multitask in a high paced environment Ability to pay attention to details Smart with unique problem solving skills Polite and Courteous. Familiarity with Storeapp inventrory management software will be an asset Demonstrated experience in planning, budgeting and forecasting activities. Good leadership and people management skills. Good communication and networking skills. Good presentation and facilitation skills. High ethical standards and integrity.
