About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inventory, NAFDAC & Procurement Officer to manage regulatory compliance, inventory control, and procurement activities for our healthcare products and medical diagnostic supplies.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate NAFDAC product registration, renewals, permits, and regulatory documentation.
Liaise with NAFDAC and relevant authorities on compliance and product approvals.
Manage inventory, stock levels, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
Coordinate procurement, supplier sourcing, quotations, and purchase orders.
Maintain accurate regulatory, inventory, and procurement records.
Monitor importation documentation and coordinate product deliveries.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
Hands-on NAFDAC experience is essential.
Experience with medical devices, diagnostic products, laboratory reagents, or pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
Proven inventory management and procurement experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
