Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Support Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on technical activities, good Networking and server management knowledge, outstanding problem solving and communication skills maintaining relationships with clients.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the product or service, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support.
Key ResponsibilitiesInteracting with customers is a significant part of this IT Rep role.
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Knowledge and hands on configuration of Active directory
Hands on Kyocera and HP printing machines both hardware and software
Good understanding of computer systems
Good knowledge/ hands on CCTV Surveillance system
Good knowledge/ familiarity with Cisco, Sophos and Microsoft 365
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
Installing and configuring Computer systems
Carry out Network installation from Layer 1 to at least Layer 3
Monitor logged tickets and identify potential issues proactively
Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlightingfeatures and benefits.
Prepare regular technical reports for team Supervisor review and meetings.
RequirementsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-6 years experience.
