Job Purpose
Provide Technical Support To the Subsidiary company
Duties & Responsibilities
Technical implementation of new solutions
Daily/ weekly/Monthly/Quarterly report generation.
Testing and deployment of new updates made to Hope banking channels (USSD, Internet Banking, Agency and Mobile)
Daily monitoring of transactions across different channels (USSD, Internet Banking, Agency and Mobile)
Second level support to subsidiary bank Customer Care
Daily Monitoring of transactions on Hope processing system(HDP)
Monitoring of resource utilization on Hope digital Platform server
Issue tracking management
Daily Monitoring of Hope core banking application (PRIME)
Daily backup
Adhoc task
RequirementsEducation: OND in Information Techology, Computer Science or other related courses
Experience: Minimum of 2 Years I.T Support
