Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff, ensuring daily cleaning schedules, task allocations, attendance, and work coverage are properly managed.
Inspect assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and external spaces, to ensure required cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
Personally assist with cleaning duties when required, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and deep cleaning.
Ensure proper waste collection, segregation, disposal, and replacement of waste bin liners in accordance with established procedures.
Monitor the availability and proper use of cleaning materials, toiletries, sanitizers, and other janitorial supplies, and report shortages promptly.
Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are properly used, cleaned, stored, and maintained after each use.
Coordinate periodic deep cleaning activities, meeting room setups, furniture rearrangement, and other basic facility support tasks as required.
Monitor the performance, conduct, grooming, punctuality, and productivity of janitorial staff and report any issues or concerns to the relevant supervisor.
Identify and promptly report safety hazards, damaged facilities, maintenance issues, or client concerns to the Admin/Facility Officer.
Maintain cleaning and inspection records, provide regular reports on janitorial activities, and ensure compliance with company, client, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
SalaryN150,000 monthly.
