Job Purpose
The Junior Civil Engineer is responsible for assisting in the planning,design,execution,and supervision of civil engineering projects.Working under the guidance of Senior Civil Engineer and Project Managers,the Junior Civil Engineer ensures that construction activities adhere to engineering standards,technical specifications,safety regulations,and project timelines.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Design, Drawing & Technical Support
Site Supervision & Construction Support
Project Coordination & Administration
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy and timeliness of engineering designs,calculations,and drawings.
Effective supervision and quality compliance on construction sites.
Accuracy in material estimations and quantity take-offs.
Adherence to project schedules and prompt reporting of technical issues.
Compliance with safety standards and zero preventable site incidents.
RequirementsCandidates should possess an OND with at least year experience.
