We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Junior Payroll Specialist
Location: VIctoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Support monthly payroll preparation and processing.
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation.
Assist with salary calculations, deductions, overtime, allowances, and statutory contributions.
Reconcile payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Support payroll-related audits and reporting.
Liaise with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll information.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll or a related role.
Good knowledge of payroll processes and statutory deductions.
Strong attention to detail, numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to handle confidential information.
SalaryN350,000 - N400,000 / month.
