Cross-Group Alignment:

Maintain technical accuracy with CTIO/CTO. Work with CMO on Academy positioning and demand. Support Regional Operations with local capability-building models.

Decision Rights:

Set Academy delivery/certification standards. Recommend programme pricing and accreditation models. Approve certification outcomes within defined standards. Allocate Academy resources within approved plan.
