We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Livestock & Crop Operations Supervisor to supervise the day-to-day operations of our growing, diversified farm.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage layers and broilers, including feeding, production, vaccination, health, biosecurity, and records.
Supervise the complete crop production lifecycle from planting to harvesting.
Manage aquaculture/fish farming operations, including feeding, water management, growth monitoring, and harvesting.
Oversee manure, waste, and farm sanitation management.
Supervise farm workers and coordinate daily farm activities.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and other computer applications.
Monitor farm inputs, inventory, productivity, and operational performance.
Identify problems and implement practical solutions as directed by the line Manager.
RequirementsB.Sc., HND, or M.Sc. in Agriculture or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven agricultural industry experience.
Strong practical experience in layers, broilers, poultry vaccination, crop production, and aquaculture.
Good knowledge of manure/waste management and farm biosecurity.
Excellent communication, leadership, reporting, and computer skills.
Energetic, trustworthy, organized, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
Must be willing to live on-site and work both in the field and on the computer.
Must provide verifiable professional references and pass a background check.
