 Job Title: Male Baker

Location: Choba, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities

Prepare and bake cakes, bread, pastries, cookies, and other baked products according to the establishment’s needs. Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately, following recipes and production requirements. Ensure consistency in the taste, texture, appearance, and quality of baked products. Monitor baking temperatures, timing, and equipment to achieve the desired results. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the bakery workspace. Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of baking ingredients and finished products. Minimize ingredient wastage and ensure efficient use of baking supplies. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

Proven experience as a baker in a bakery, restaurant, hotel, or similar establishment. Relevant baking or pastry training is an advantage. Good knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, ingredient measurements, and oven operations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Good time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

N120,000 - N150,000 monthly. Application Closing Date
