Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Manager to oversee business operations, business development, client relationships, team coordination and social media activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Outdoor Advertising/OOH Media industry, particularly in billboard advertising, media sales and client management.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Drive business development, sales, and revenue growth.
Identify and secure new clients and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Oversee the sales and management of billboard/outdoor advertising spaces.
Coordinate and supervise staff performance and team activities.
Develop and maintain the company’s social media presence and visibility.
Monitor industry trends and identify new market opportunities.
Prepare business, sales and operational reports for management.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field.
3–5 years’ relevant experience in advertising, media, outdoor advertising or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of billboard advertising and OOH media.
Proven experience in media sales, business development and client relationship management.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and team management skills.
Good knowledge of the Abuja advertising/media market is an advantage.
SalaryN200,000 - N300,000 / Month
