Responsibilities
Help customers open new bank accounts.
Help customers reactivate dormant accounts.
Promote the bank’s mobile app and teach customers how to use it.
Introduce and promote new bank products and services to customers.
Encourage customers to use the bank’s products and services.
Talk to customers about savings, loans, cards, and other banking services.
Find new customers and encourage them to bank with the company.
Follow up with customers and answer their questions about banking services.
Help customers understand the benefits of different bank products.
Build good relationships with customers and provide good customer service.
Assist with marketing campaigns and activities organized by the bank.
SalaryN150,000 - N155,000 monthly.
