Job Title: Marketer / Sales Executive
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Purpose
To drive the hotel’s revenue by promoting its rooms, restaurants, conference and event facilities, spa, and other services, while building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy.
Identify and acquire new corporate, individual, group, and event clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Promote hotel rooms, banqueting, conferences, restaurants, spa, and other facilities.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Promote the hotel through appropriate digital, social media, corporate, and traditional marketing channels.
Meet assigned monthly sales targets and provide regular sales and marketing reports to management.
RequirementsBSc Degree. in Marketing, Hospitality, Retail, Service Management, or a related field with 10-12 years experience
