Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Marketing Executives to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires a confident individual with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels
Present, promote, and sell company properties to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
RequirementsCandidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
Proven experience in sales or marketing (real estate experience is an added advantage).
