Job Title: Marketing Associate

Summary
You will help us stay visible and trusted among people who are planning a career move into tech.
You will create and publish content, support campaigns for each cohort, and work closely with sales to turn attention into registrations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who writes well, understands social media and enjoys seeing results.
ResponsibilitiesPlan and publish content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other channels on a consistent calendar.
Write copy for ads, emails, WhatsApp broadcasts, landing pages, blog posts, and ads campaign (meta and google)
Support campaigns for each flagship cycle, AI CERTs cohort, webinar.
Track performance (reach, leads, cost per lead and registrations) and report weekly.
Work with the sales team to follow up leads and improve messaging.
Monitor competitors and trends in tech education.
Requirements1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media management.
Strong writing skills and an eye for clear, engaging messaging.
Working knowledge of social platforms and basic analytics.
Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote setting.
Reliable internet and a laptop.
Nice to have:Experience marketing courses, training or other education products.
Experience with email marketing tools, paid social ads or SEO.
Understanding of the Nigerian tech or education market.
Interest in AI and data careers.
