Job Summary
We are seeking a talented female Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and business success.
The ideal candidate will develop creative campaigns, execute promotional activities, and implement marketing strategies aligned with customer preferences and beauty industry trends.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee advertising and communication campaigns.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
Carry out customer surveys to understand market needs and improve customer loyalty.
Monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with management on marketing budgets and monitor campaign expenses.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders through effective negotiation.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
Female candidates are strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and marketing principles.
Knowledge of strategic planning and marketing best practices.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Good understanding of the beauty industry, trends, and customer behavior.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as CRM software.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
Strong organizational, time management, and creative thinking skills.
Basic knowledge of makeup is required.
