As our Marketing Outreach Specialist, you will be the voice of Quick Collect. Your primary responsibility is to reach out to newspapers, media houses, marketing agencies, influencers, and potential partners to promote our brand, request coverage and collaborations, and build lasting business relationships. This role requires someone with solid prior experience in outreach, PR, media relations, or marketing — not a beginner. This is a fully remote, full-time position, and we are looking to fill it immediately.

Reach out to newspapers, media houses, magazines, blogs, and online publications to request coverage and promotion of the Quick Collect brand. Contact marketing agencies and companies to pitch partnership and promotion opportunities. Reach out to influencers and content creators to request collaborations and brand promotions. Send professional, well-written emails and make follow-up phone calls to prospects. Pitch story ideas, press coverage, and collaboration proposals to media contacts. Build and maintain a database of media contacts, influencers, agencies, and companies. Negotiate terms and fees where necessary. Track all outreach efforts and report on responses, leads, and successful partnerships. Represent the brand professionally at all times in all communications. Follow up consistently with potential partners until a decision is reached. Work closely with management to refine outreach scripts, emails, and strategies.

Minimum of [2–3] years of proven experience in marketing outreach, PR, media relations, sales, or a related role. Strong background and working knowledge of media outreach; experience contacting newspapers, media houses, blogs, or publications is highly required. Existing contacts in media, PR, or influencer networks is a strong advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident and professional phone manner. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to send high volumes of outreach emails and make consistent follow-up calls. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Must have a reliable laptop/computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace for calls. Familiarity with email outreach tools (e.g., Gmail, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar) is an advantage. Must be organized and able to track multiple conversations at once. Must be available to start immediately.
