About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing & Sales Officer to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing to turn prospects into customers through effective sales, marketing, and field engagement.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
Engage prospects, attend client meetings, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, including field visits and market activations.
Track leads, maintain accurate sales records, and follow up consistently.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Monitor market trends, campaign performance, and sales results, and prepare regular reports.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a combination of these areas.
Demonstrable experience in lead generation, client engagement, and field marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to prepare proposals and client-facing presentations.
Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, and digital marketing tools.
A proactive, organised, and results-oriented approach to work.
Willingness to travel within Lagos and its environs for client meetings and field activities.
SalaryN150,000 - N300,000 monthly, depending on experience
