Role Summary
Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to build, maintain, and ship web and mobile applications across their growing digital products.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both backend and frontend development, with hands-on experience building APIs, web applications, and mobile applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.
Develop web applications using Next.js and React.
Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native/Expo.
Create and integrate REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
Work with MongoDB and Mongoose.
Implement authentication, payment integrations, and webhooks.
Ensure payment transactions are protected against duplicate processing.
Work with payment platforms such as Paystack and Remita.
Troubleshoot bugs, production issues, and performance problems.
Participate in code reviews and implement feedback.
Use Git for version control and team collaboration.
Deploy and maintain applications across cloud and server environments.
Take ownership of assigned features from development through deployment.
KPIsSuccessful delivery of features from API to web/mobile.
Quality and maintainability of code.
Timely completion of assigned tasks.
Effective resolution of bugs and production issues.
Reliable API and application performance.
Successful payment and third-party integrations.
Minimal production issues from deployed changes.
Successful web and mobile releases when required.
Required Skills2–4 years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.
Good experience with React and Next.js.
Experience with React Native/Expo.
Good knowledge of MongoDB/Mongoose.
Strong understanding of REST APIs.
Experience with Git and collaborative development.
Understanding of authentication, webhooks, and payment integrations.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
