Job Description
To support the efficient onboarding, acquisition, and management of digital channel customers and merchants by ensuring timely processing of onboarding requests, resolving operational issues, monitoring service performance, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and providing technical and operational support across eBusiness platforms.

Oversee Inventory and Business Reporting.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
An added degree would be an added advantage.
Experience Required:1-2 years' experience in digital banking, eBusiness operations, customer onboarding, electronic channels support, payments, or banking operations.
Experience in stakeholder management, vendor management, and customer service operations.
