We are seeking a smart, experienced, proactive and result-oriented Operations/Business Development Manager to oversee our industrial catering operations while driving growth and developing new client relationships.

Oversee day-to-day catering operations across onshore and offshore locations. Supervise operational teams and ensure effective resource allocation. Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, food safety standards and client’s procedures. Monitor operational costs, supports cost control measures and profitability Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas and other industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Prepare business proposals, presentations and contract opportunities. Develop strategies to increase revenue and secure new contracts. Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.

Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. Minimum of 3-5-year experience in industrial catering operation management. Age 30-40 years Strong knowledge and practical experience with ISO management systems and standards- ISO 9001 (quality Management), ISO 22000 (food safety management) Proficiency in Microsoft office.

N250,000 - 300,000 monthly. Application Closing Date
